Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chat Sales Supervisor at Kwik.insure. The Chat Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the chat sales team, handling customer inquiries and issues, providing training to team members, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role will be based in Pasig with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • College level.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a sales team, preferably as an Assistant Unit Manager within the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide insights for team improvement.
  • Strong leadership and customer service abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance.
