  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple large-scale IT projects from inception to successful completion. This role requires close collaboration with operational and technical leadership, business stakeholders, and engineers/developers. The candidate must have a strong customer-focused attitude, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in the BPO industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience managing IT or software engineering projects.
  • 5+ years of experience managing IT implementation projects, including IT infrastructure (telecom deployments, network setup, site expansions, etc.).
  • Experience in enterprise-level software deployment (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, UKG time, SAP Payroll, MFA YubiKey implementation, Call Management System implementation).
  • Proven experience in enterprise endpoint and infrastructure management on Microsoft platforms.
  • Strong analytical and facilitation skills with the ability to anticipate customer needs and develop clear, attainable goals.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • PMP, CSM, CSPO, Lean Six Sigma, or Scrum certifications preferred.
  • Proven vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • BPO experience preferred.
