About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Videographer & Video Editor with a strong background in creating eLearning and instructional videos. This role is ideal for a creative professional with an eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the technical expertise to produce high-quality learning content.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shooting, editing, and producing engaging video content that enhances the learning experience. Your work will help bring educational concepts to life in a clear, compelling, and visually appealing way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filming & Production: Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for eLearning courses, training modules, and instructional materials.
- Editing & Post-Production: Edit and enhance videos using DaVinci Resolve/ Final Cut Pro/ After Effects/ Premier Pro, and Motion Array, ensuring seamless transitions, clean cuts, and high production value.
- Motion Graphics & Effects: Incorporate basic animations, text overlays, and graphics to improve clarity and engagement.
- Sound Editing & Mixing: Enhance audio quality, remove background noise, balance levels, and integrate voiceovers and background music effectively.
- Color Correction & Grading: Adjust lighting, contrast, and color balance for a professional and polished look.
- Collaboration: Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and creative teams to develop video content that aligns with learning objectives.
- File Management: Organize and maintain a structured workflow for video assets, ensuring accessibility and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Expert-level proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Motion Array.
- Strong expertise in sound editing and audio post-production.
- Prior experience editing eLearning, training, or instructional videos is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement in educational content.
- Knowledge of video compression, file formats, and best practices for web-based learning platforms.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM-compliant video formats.
- Basic knowledge of instructional design principles.
