Job Description:
- Responsible for managing and supervising different sales data for each team (Sales and Partner Data).
- Works with associate data admins and offer consultancy support as required.
- Tracking of different sales data including Sell-thru, Sell-out, Inventory, Quota, Opportunities and Forecasting.
- Extract, collect and gather data as required by the business or partner.
- Evaluates quality and performances and provide reports for sales analysis.
- Creates dashboards related to different sales data.
- Partner Funnel Management.
- Deal pricing management and support.
- Manages promos and programs created for partners.
- Configure data systems effectively and provide administrative support when needed.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders related to data.
- Assists with admin tasks done by associate data admins.
- Assists with ad hoc reports requested by the managers and high-level management.
- Ensure that reports are accurate and submitted on time and always provide important feedback to the managers.
Qualifications:
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or any relevant study.
- At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in MS Office specially in EXCEL. (e.g. Pivot, VLOOKUP etc.)
- Experience in advanced Excel functions for data analysis.
- Preferably with experience using Power BI
- Experience in defining and understanding data requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with high-level management.
- Amenable for ON-SITE work.
- Can start ASAP.
- Will be assigned to a multinational technology company (Laptop, Printer, Computer Hardwares)
