Job Summary:

Primary function is to acquire new accounts/new business; maintain existing accounts and increase their earning potential in order to meet both monthly and annual sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. The position should be able to cover/service all assigned accounts whether agency or direct; including also resellers.
  2. Should also be able to drive new business by obtaining new accounts whether thru an agency or direct.
  3. Serve as the official sales representative when dealing with external clients thus espousing and epitomizing all the values and culture that the Company stands for.
  4. Should be responsible in exhausting all ways and means in the attainment of sales targets.
  5. Should be the ‘sounding board’ when there are issues/concerns/complaints that client may have against the company and its employees.
  6. Should be the go-between, point person, liaison between the client and the company when launching/implementing a campaign and media buys.
  7. Should liaise between the client and the company when attending to the clients’ needs and concerns.
  8. Responsible for all the documentation needed when media buys or purchases are made; from the drafting of the contract to the post-mortem reports/evaluation after a buy or campaign has been implemented. Ensures that all documents are properly accounted for and accomplished prior to collection by Finance. Such documents would be the COC (certificate of completion) etc.
  9. Should be able to provide all the correct and updated contact information and payment details of the client for the company to be able to collect. Should only assist in the collection and not collect on behalf of the company.
  10. Works efficiently and effectively with the Sales Head and senior management and all other business units within the company in providing quality service to clients and ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
  11. Responsible for all the necessary reports, updates, materials and even presentations that the position may require when reporting to the Sales Director or senior management.
