  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Email Chat Support position at Ascendion. The role will involve providing technical and customer support via email and chat communication channels. While the role is primarily located in Makati, some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications
  • Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience in Technical Support and Customer Support
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and email/chat support platforms
  • Experience in software engineering or AI technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
