Job Purpose
The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis activities for the organization. This role focuses on consolidating, analyzing, and optimizing financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, and managing group-level treasury, accounting, tax, and compliance functions.
Main Duties
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
- Reporting
- Create financial reports including but not limited to consolidating the Operating Model (OM) and creating the Kitchen and Brand P&L to provide valuable insights to management.
- Implement standardized reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
- Analysis
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide actionable recommendations based on analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial performance through insights gained.
- Standardization of Processes and Charts of Accounts
- Develop and implement standardized processes for financial activities.
- Streamline and optimize charts of accounts to ensure consistency.
Group-level Treasury and Cash Management
- Working Capital Reconciliation
- Manage working capital reconciliation activities to ensure the accuracy of reporting.
- Optimize liquidity by implementing strategies to minimize cash needs and maximize runway.
- Review of Cash Requests and Other Bank-related Needs
- Review and endorse cash requests for approval, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
- Oversee bank-related needs and maintain effective relationships with financial institutions.
Group Accounting and Bookkeeping
- Standardization and Optimization of Month-End Closing Processes
- Standardize month-end closing processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify areas for optimization and lead process improvements.
- Managing Group-level Books with Third Parties
- Coordinate with third-party entities for accurate bookkeeping.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Group Tax and Compliance
- End-to-End Group Level Audit
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end group-level audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and address audit findings.
- Transfer Pricing Compliance and Monitoring
- Monitor and ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
- Implement strategies to optimize transfer pricing structures.
- Corporate Restructuring
- Lead corporate restructuring initiatives, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and tax teams for seamless restructuring processes.
Other duties and tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
- A certified Public Accountant is required.
