Drive Awareness & Engagement

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and inquiries.
  • Assist the sales team with creating and distributing marketing materials and coordinating the listing process for new properties, including copywriting, photography, and online postings on platforms like REA and Domain.

Social Media Management

  • Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Oversee content scheduling (both in advance and real-time, including Reels).
  • Actively engage with the community on brand profiles and within relevant online groups.

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Collaborate with the Paid Media Strategist & Digital Marketing Manager to develop engaging social media assets and copy.
  • Monitor trends and source content to keep social media fresh and relevant.
  • Write compelling captions that align with brand voice and audience preferences.

Community Engagement & Reputation Management

  • Interact with users, and respond to messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Identify opportunities for engagement in various platforms
  • Drive Google Reviews and enhance brand reputation.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Update content calendars and generate reports on social media activity.
  • Monitor and analyze social data and engagement metrics to refine strategies.

Email & Blog Marketing

  • Utilize the CRM tool (Eagle) to write, publish and send e-mails to client.
  • Manage CRM: Capture sales inquiries, accurately code them, and ensure follow-ups by sales staff. Maintain a comprehensive record of interactions in the CRM.

Additional Marketing Support

  • Assist with event planning and collaborations with NGOs, partners, and sponsors.
  • Conduct industry research to identify new opportunities.
  • Handle ad-hoc marketing tasks as needed.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry and administrative tasks, ideally within the building construction industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant with administrative responsibilities, preferably within an Australian business context.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools, EAGLE CRM.
  • Strong numerical skills, including accurate measurements and a solid grasp of basic math.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
