Job Description

We are looking for an Advertising and Lead Generation Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is essential in driving high-quality leads and optimizing our marketing funnel to support business growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paid advertising, email marketing, and CRM management, with a focus on analyzing performance and optimizing lead conversion strategies.

Responsibilities:

Paid Advertising & Campaign Development

  • Assist in the creation, execution, and management of Google Ads and LinkedIn Advertising campaigns to generate leads and maximize ROI.

Lead Scoring & Nurturing

  • Build and maintain lead scoring models and develop nurturing sequences to guide prospects through the customer lifecycle.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Support ABM initiatives by identifying high-value accounts and creating targeted marketing strategies to engage them.

Customer Segmentation & Persona Development

  • Conduct research and analysis to refine customer segmentation and develop detailed buyer personas to inform campaign strategies.

Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and evaluate the ROI of lead generation efforts, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • Proven experience with Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Advertising platforms.
  • Experience in HubSpot or similar CRM systems for campaign management and tracking.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and buyer journey stages.
  • Ability to write effective and engaging email copy.
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Solid understanding of marketing mix implementation to enhance lead generation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendation
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 35 Mbps)
