As an Sales Development Representative you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by generating quality leads and setting appointments for our Sales Team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the Sales Team.
  • Experience in presenting the company to businesses.
  • Experience in introducing Digital Solutions.
  • Excel in dealing B2B and B2C market.
  • Utilizing various business tools and resources to identify new businesses within specified countries that are not already in our system.
  • Building and nurturing prospect relationships through effective communication and follow-up strategies to advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Managing data for new and prospective clients, ensuring accuracy in communication logs and document attachments.
  • Sourcing leads from diverse channels including online and offline platforms, referrals, personal contacts, and affiliations.
  • Profiling prospective leads and categorizing them based on the business model and industry relevance.
  • Ability to keep records of the assigned leads and their status, with clarity for the assigned sales manager regarding whom he/she is working with.
  • Basic knowledge of Cloud is required.
  • Having a general understanding of cloud and data technology, supplemented with company's unique selling proposition, is a plus but not required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or similar roles, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of technology products and services, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to potential clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various business tools and software for lead generation and customer relationship management.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • With passion in technology or tech savvy.
  • Entry level or fresh graduates of Computer Science, Information Technology & Information Science are welcome to apply.
