Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to case managers using provided databases and through independent prospecting
- Build and maintain relationships with case managers to drive referrals
- Schedule calls and follow-ups with potential referral sources
- Manage the referral process, ensuring timely responses and accountability
- Conduct cold calls and email outreach to generate new leads
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and referrals in the company’s system
- Meet or exceed set KPIs for outreach activities and referral generation
- Continuously learn about the company’s services and industry terminology
- Create tasks and initiatives during downtime to further business development efforts
- Manage and grow a database of case managers in the assigned region
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions with potential referral sources
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth handover of referrals
- Contribute to the development of business development strategies and tactics
- Participate in performance reviews and continuously improve based on feedback and KPIs
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home care or community-based services
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare industry terminology
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work 20 hours per week, from 9 AM to 1 PM Central Time
