- Act as a key business partner in the value chain, facilitating product launches and relaunches for Henkel Consumer Brands Asia Pacific
- Coordinate project milestones across various functions both within and outside Henkel's project management tool
- Gather project and product information for system input and maintenance
- Facilitate project meetings to provide updates, track action items, and address any issues that arise
- Support the marketing team in streamlining the new launch process and ensuring smooth project execution
- Create/prepare project timeline according to Marketing target launch timing
- Bachelor's Degree in any course
- With at least two (2) years of relevant work experience in administration, marketing, project management and coordination; Preferably obtained from a Marketing-related industry
- Excellent command of the English language for both written and verbal communication; experience in stakeholder management
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
- Must have a strong sense of teamwork and influencing skills, High level of proactivity and ownership; Has the ability to raise a topic without hesitation
- Must have a process and detail-oriented personality with a strongly developed sense for prioritization and time management; Analytical and critical thinking, energetic and driving attitude, independence
- Amenable to work on a temporary basis (5 months), mid shift schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
