- This role is for residents in the Philippines only
- Candidate must have at least 8-10 years for fullstack software engineering experience
- This is for a senior developer looking to transit to a non-programming role
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with senior stakeholders and the commercial team to understand business requirements and effectively translate them into technical requirements for the development team.
- Technical Leadership: Plan and document comprehensive technical specifications for features or system design, ensuring a clear roadmap for development and implementation.
- Team Leadership & Guidance on Software Development: Support, guide, and direct the development team in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including design, development, coding, testing, and debugging to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Code Reviews & Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Project Management: Utilize Asana to effectively manage projects, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, QA) to align technical solutions with business goals and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Process and Innovation: Identify opportunities to create business value and improve the user experience, based on user research or to automate and improve business processes to reduce deployment time

Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, Engineering or related field
- 8-10 years fullstacksoftware engineering experience
- Possess strong communication skills
- Back-end development proficiency with coding in PHP 7/8, with and without Frameworks such as Laravel
- Database proficiency with SQL, schema design and database configuration optimisation
- Integration proficiency in working with external systems including Google, Facebook and Stripe APIs
- Proficiency with Linux based O/S as well as cPanel
