Ecommerce Operations Manager - Senior Position

Koanna is a fast-growing e-commerce health and beauty brand. We require a Senior Operations Manager, based in Asia, to help drive our growth through seamless business operations.

Salary is 2000-3000$ per month based on experience + performance-related bonus. The role will need to overlap between the European and Asian time zones.

This is a senior and strategic hire and extensive experience is essential. The ability to be hands-on is a must-have. You MUST already be in a position such as this. This is not a role for an Operations Analyst looking to make the next step.

Extensive experience in Shopify and an E-commerce environment is required.

During the interview process, you should be able to demonstrate all the systems, processes, and sheets etc. that have been used by you in the past to manage the operations and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations and Supply Chain:

• Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Manage end-to-end logistics and fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock situations.

Finance and Admin:

• Coordinate with the finance department to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Compliance and Security:

• Ensure all e-commerce operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.

Extensive experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain management, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, logistics, and inventory management.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
