In your role as an Analyst within the Core and Personal Technology Supplier Governance Office, you will be part of a team responsible for providing assurance oversight and support activities across all suppliers provided engagement activities. You will join our highly innovative, fast paced and constantly changing environment within our Core and Personal Technology division.

What role will you play?

Working with technology service owners and Supplier Governance Office team members, you will be responsible for oversight, completeness and reporting of supplier compliance within the supplier lifecycle standard ensuring all compliance targets are met. You will oversee the JIRA service desk, manage the timely placement of contract approval requests, the creation of purchase orders, invoice approvals and other service owner requests. As a key contributor to the operations team, you will ensure accurate data is maintained for all aspects of the suppliers in scope and provide reporting to service owners and technology leadership.

What You Offer

  • A tertiary qualification in Finance/Commerce would be an advantage.
