  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Training: Completes and passes assessment of the required web-based training (WBT) within timelines to prevent

potential job risks

  • Servicing: Handles incoming calls to provide customers credit card usage information, verification of payment, online

technical support, and assist customers with other account-related concerns

Qualifications:
  • College Level or Completed a Short Course, no experience required
  • High School (Old Curriculum) or Sr. High School Graduate (K-12) with at least 1 year relevant experience
  • Fluent in English and excellent conversational skills
  • Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules primarily during Night Shift
  • Must be willing to work in an office based setup
