Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and Configuration:Install and configure Control-M software on various platforms, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility with existing systems.
  • Job Scheduling:Design, implement, and manage job schedules to automate and optimize business processes, ensuring timely execution and monitoring of batch jobs.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting:Monitor job execution and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt resolution of incidents.
  • Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation of job definitions, processes, and procedures. Create user guides and training materials for staff.
  • Performance Tuning:Analyze job performance and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with application developers, system administrators, and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Control-M with various applications and systems.
  • Security Management:Implement and maintain security protocols for Control-M, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Upgrades and Patching:Manage software upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to services and compliance with best practices.
  • User Support:Provide support to end-users, addressing queries and issues related to job scheduling and Control-M functionalities.
