JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's market reach in the health and wellness sector. This role requires a results-driven approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage potential customers, presenting the company’s products and services effectively to drive sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
- Achieve sales targets by executing effective sales strategies and identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients as needed.
- Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to generate leads and expand business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the health and wellness, FMCG, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to travel within and outside Metro Manila.
