Responsibilities
- Conduct daily monitoring of tender websites to uncover promising project opportunities in the industrial coatings realm
- Analyze and distill complex tender information into concise, actionable summaries for management review
- Develop and refine criteria for filtering opportunities, ensuring alignment with company capabilities and strategic goals
- Craft compelling social media content, with a focus on LinkedIn, to showcase completed projects and industry insights
- Manage and prioritize email communications, ensuring timely responses and efficient information flow
- Coordinate and maintain an organized calendar, scheduling appointments and setting reminders for critical deadlines
- Assist in travel arrangements for on-site project visits and client meetings
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date customer records and marketing lists
- Create polished reports and presentation templates to support business development efforts
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to extract key information from complex documents
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of crafting clear and concise summaries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools
- Demonstrated experience with social media management, particularly LinkedIn, and an understanding of B2B content strategies
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment
- Quick learner with a genuine interest in the industrial coatings industry and a desire to expand knowledge in this field
- Experience with tender websites, bid processes, or government contracting is highly advantageous
