Responsibilities:
The Wealth System Support Specialist served as a bridge between business needs and IT Solutions. Responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the Group’s technology systems. Provide technical support, maintenance and administration of business systems and applications used within the Group. Ensure seamless integration of business processes with technology, trouble shooting system issues and collaborating with teams to optimize system functionality. Plays a key role in user training and ensuring the efficient use of business systems to the Group’s objective. Monitor and review performance of third-party system vendor. Act as the Group’s point person on vendor management. Ensures alignment of the group’s technology and third-party system vendor requirements with the Bank’s sustainability policy and standards, and sustainable financing framework, as applicable.
*Assist end-users with issues related to system functionality, data input and reporting.
*Serves as the point of contact for user inquiries, providing ongoing support and education to ensure users maximize system functionality.
*Coordinate with IAMD in managing user accounts, permissions and roles within business systems, ensuring appropriate access levels and security measures .
*Collaborate with IT to ensure that regular system maintenance, including updates, patched and data backups to maintain system integrity , prevent data loss and ensure that ensure system is operating optimally.
*Work closely with the Group and other stakeholders to understand their workflow and identify areas where business can improve efficiency .
*Assist in the design, testing, deployment and implementation of system changes, or new functionalities to support evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Any Degree
- Postgraduate - MBA (Preferred not required)
- At least 2 years experience with the following: Business Process & Project Management, Banking, Investment Management
