Flex Workplace
Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).

Where You Come In
- Conducts training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of multiple products.
- Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses.
- Prepares lesson plans from documentation and requirements.
- Works with functional organizations to ensure that course material reflects current product features.
- Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions.
- Follows up to determine applicability of course material.
- Assists in figuring out objectives of assignment. Plans schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- Networks with senior internal and external colleagues in own area of expertise.
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
- Your strong written and verbal communication skills are a necessity. Communication must be clear, organized, and professional.
- You need to have logical problem-solving skills.
- Your flexibility and availability to work various shifts is critical to your success and therefore it is important that your attendance is predictable and reliable.
- A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
- Demonstrates further technical development and a track record of project success.
- Demonstrates an ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
