The Macquarie User Access Management Transformation program brings exciting opportunities for engineers to innovate, design, build and maintain solutions. As part of Site Reliability Engineering, we are responsible for the reliability, performance and efficiency of systems and services that drives user access management controls and operations.

What role will you play?
You will identify opportunities to automate and remove toil across areas within the User Access Management domain such as User Access Reviews, Access Provisioning, Role Based Access Controls, etc. You will also manage monitoring tools to ensure timely identification and response to issues, with focus on programmatic resolution of common problems. You will work with other teams to maintain or enhance the incident and change management processes, design features to improve the availability, scalability, performance, and efficiency of SailPoint IdentityIQ, and document operational process that will support our service desk team.

What You Offer
- Exceptional critical thinking skills, with extensive experience in supporting mission critical systems
- Practical experience in cloud infrastructure such as Amazon Web Services
- Skilled in coding languages with preference in Java and C#
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, AppDynamics, or SIEM tools such as Splunk
- Experience with any of the following is an advantage:
- Analytics experience using Alteryx or PowerBI
- Development and administration experience of SailPoint IdentityIQ, or other similar tools are advantageous
