About this Position Join us as a Campaign Content Solutions Coordinator, where your role is essential in facilitating the seamless localization and execution of global campaigns across various markets. Working closely with the Global Campaign Coordinator, regional brand activation teams, and local marketing units, you will play a key part in planning and coordinating campaign activities to ensure successful deployment. What You´ll Do

  • Internal localization planning: Close collaboration with the Global Campaign Coordinator, regional brand activation team and Local Marketing Units (LMU’s) to facilitate planning activities: campaign scope, deployment strategy and asset materials ahead of the localization kick-off
  • Coordination of external resource planning by providing ongoing scope forecast: Early input of campaign scope to external partners, incl. scope of countries and asset numbers, airing dates, to ensure timely capacity planning on agencies’ side
  • Monitoring master content production timeline and provide updates: Perform monthly checks on campaign status and timeline, addressing potential delays and issues with stakeholders involved
  • Steering asset ordering by Local Marketing Unit (LMU): Set up asset order sheet and sharing with LMU for final briefing confirmation; pass forward the briefing for further asset localization
  • Overall campaign and budget monitoring: Oversee overall campaign progress and completion
  • Localization data reporting: Ensuring the localization data is timely and properly reported in the assigned tool
  • Process guidance of the localization stakeholders: Provide campaign stakeholders with the necessary tools, templates, and instructions for successful execution
  • Ad Hoc tasks: Other related tasks that may be assigned by superior

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Preferably with a preference for certifications in project management or digital marketing
  • Minimum of three (3) years working experience in digital campaign management, with demonstrable success in leading high-impact digital marketing projects; Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including SEM, SEO, social media, content marketing, and email marketing is required
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously; Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving digital landscape
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and analytics tools (Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Query)
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms, with a keen ability to translate data into actionable campaign insights
  • Ability to collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaign messages are compelling and aligned with brand identity; Strong leadership skills, with the capacity to motivate teams and manage cross-functional collaborations effectively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 MN), Weekends and holidays if needed, and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
