What role will you play?
Working closely with a Product Manager in the Engineering Enablement space, you will search for new insights and details on how to uplift our engineering practices. In collaboration with other teams, you will be involved in continuous product discovery as well as help to understand metrics for our internal products such as CI/CD tools, Application Security services, Flow, DORA metrics and more.

What You Offer
- Experience in data analytics using various data sources
- Solid SQL skills with the ability to build queries and collect data
- Experience in data visualisation/dashboards using tools such as Excel, PowerBI, ThoughtSpot or Looker
- Comfortable working with both structured and unstructured data
- Demonstrable ability to break down problems and solve them systematically
- Experience with any of the following is an advantage:
- Generic scripting language (e.g. Python)
- HEART framework and Accelerate metrics.
