Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a Data & Analytics Specialist to perform proactive support to the Global Rewards & Employee Experience Team in provision of reward analytics.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

  • Providing trusted and researched advice, analytics and governance regarding compensation data and reporting. The role will also contribute as a member of the Compensation Team to the development of global people compensation strategies, policies and processes.
  • Support the design and delivery of employee compensation structures and benefit programs; provide financial, market, and legal analysis and insights; draft elements of the technical design; draft internal management reports.
  • Support the delivery of the annual review; provide relevant payroll, market pay, and employee engagement analyses and insights; draft employee communications and management briefings; prepare line-management decision-making tools.
  • Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
  • Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
  • Support the design and delivery of employee incentive programs; provide relevant financial, operational, and business performance analyses and insights; draft elements of the technical design; draft internal management reports.
  • Contribute to the drafting of HR frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance management, development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity, employee onboarding and offboarding, and retention of talent, within an area of expertise, ensuring compliance with specified design principles, internal policies, and external legal requirements.
  • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
  • Carry out complex HR data processing tasks; advise colleagues when needed and use expertise to help improve data collection tools and administration processes.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level with relevant Compensation and Benefits experience.
  • Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level. (Over 6 years to 10 years)
  • Knowledgeable in BetterComp, Syndio, Sharepoint, and SQL.
  • Typically works independently and provides guidance.
  • Works at an advanced level to shift into and out of a mental mindset associated with assessing the facts and circumstances of the current situation.
  • Full competence to determine and analyze trends from data that is collected to assist in compiling reports that will help in decision-making
