About the job
- Develop and oversee a smooth, effective sales order process to enable the sales growth of the organization.
- Support the Sales team in executing all sales orders and that customers receive them in good quality and on time, thereby promoting high customer satisfaction.
Your tasks
- Manages the Sales Operations functions in FPH.
- Develops and implements/controls in current ERP systems aligned with business processes for FPH.
- Team development, training and coaching to ensure high level of performance and morale of the Sales Operations team.
- Develops reporting tools for FPH, e.g., BI, and ensures accurate and timely reports.
- Ensures conformance and quality of the O2C process in FPH including monitoring/reporting of KPI's, OTIF, SL, AR, OSMI.
- Workload monitoring and balancing within the team.
- An FPH Management Team member and contributing to the FPH strategic planning and plan delivery.
- Allocates resources logically to ensure organic growth of each market.
- Leads the Sales Operations team to handle order management of new stores, rollouts and smallwares, and provides team resources to support different accounts and markets.
- Serves as liaison between customer and all associated departments as required.
- Supports in the resolution of customer complaints by coordinating the needed actions from departments concerned.
- Ensures support of AR collection by timely submission of sales invoices and supporting documents; supports in the resolution of any AR conflict.
- Keeps improving the knowledge about customer feedback and provides solution proposals to support management on existing and new accounts development
Requirements
- Years of total working experience: 8 to 15 years of work experience
- Years of relevant working experience: Minimum of 8 years
- Experience Expectation Highlights: Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in a similar or larger organization; project management experience
