Job Description

  • Identifies the strategic growth for Prepaid / Postpaid and execute imperatives for the prepaid / postpaid digital channels
  • Grows the total digital performance and online mix in digital channels for prepaid / postpaid business by driving acquisition and operational efficiencies


Duties And Responsibilities

[Funnel Management]

  • Monitors prepaid / postpaid acquisition in digital channels and collaborates with channel partners to generate insights, uncover trends, and identify drivers


[Operations Management for Online business]

  • Defines the ideal prepaid / postpaid acquisition in digital channels (Portal, GlobeOne) and works with enabling teams to ensure the delivery of these ideal experiences
  • Creates and executes relevant promos/campaigns/process/policy changes to address digital channel drivers and continuously improve the customer experience
  • Works closely with BB Capabilities, PEDG and Web Ops teams to monitor Portal, GlobeOne to ensure that features/capabilities are functioning as needed.


[End-to-End Brand Management]

  • Drives prepaid / postpaid broadband’s activations and achieves targets in digital channels by launching relevant promos/campaigns that are exclusive to the channel
  • Monitors prepaid / postpaid acquisition performance in digital channels and collaborates with channel partners to generate insights, uncover trends, and identify drivers
  • Defines the ideal prepaid / postpaid acquisition experience in digital channels (Portal, GlobeOne) and works with enabling teams to ensure the delivery of these ideal experiences
  • Works with PEDG to monitor Portal, and GlobeOne to ensure that assets, spiels, and offers are always updated and functioning
