The Purpose: To strengthen the client development function across universes within Boutique structure. To elaborate, plan & implement client development strategies to ensure business objectives are met. To support the team member on building client profile and ensure the implementation of the defined one-to-one (OTO) session. The essential job duties: (i) Retain and Develop Existing Clients - Based on company’s vision, to provide a strategic direction to build customer loyalty and develop Dior as a service centric destination of excellent that sets the benchmark for others to follow. - Proactively interact with clients, build relationships and gain understanding at a personal level to facilitate further return visits. - Implement new client development strategies, initiatives and activities set forth by the regional and local client development management team to do develop, understand clients and enhance their experience. - Develop strategies and implementation plans in specifically arranging for personalized gifts and experiences for clients according to the local guidelines. (ii) Recruit Clients within and outside the boutique for new clients - Develop multi-sourced clientele to ensure on-going clientele interest and participation

  • Personally seek out and source new clients from social events outside boutique and introduce them to the house
  • Develop and expand network of business partners such as hotels, restaurants, non-conflicting brands, etc. to drive traffic of prospects to boutique - Implement new client development initiatives/activities to fulfil various types of customers’ request and interest (iii) Manage the VIP Salon and Boutique Event Planning - Constantly reinforce and review the VIP salon operations which offers a range of unique, exclusive, quality and personalized services to Dior VIP clientele - Create opportunities and execute one-to-one private viewings (OTO) in VIP salon and maximize the usage - Reinforce standards such as the salon’s decoration, VM display, F&B and selection of collections to be shown to clients - Partnership with Department Managers to plan and execute different product launching event and work on OTO planning to meet monthly target - To work with SAs before each OTO to prepare a range of target products to present to clients - Implement annual client action plan for all VIP clientele with attached SAs (iv) Training and coaching to sales team - Provide training, motivation and coaching to sales staff to upgrade their clienteling, service and calling skills and grooming standards - To ensure all individual SA is managing client relationships via the use of the system to meet business goals - Develop and implement in-boutique programs to stimulate CDM awareness and drive sales team’s performance Routine reports: - Update qualitative information of clients on Dior Star regularly - Use Dior Star diligently to filter clients lists for the team to support various business objectives - Provide business analysis, event reports & successful story sharing to local CDM team as requested Monthly routine reports: - Event reports (Can use Dior Star campaigns as substitute) - Final client lists on local celebrations & giftings Other duties & reports (e.g. quarterly, weekly, or ad-hoc): - Elite treatment planning (Occasionally) & ROI sharing after trip Education & Professional Qualifications - Tertiary education or above with major in marketing, hospitality and / or other related disciplines Work Experience - Previous experience in event and prestige client relations related industry preferred. - Minimum 5 years of event management experience, experience / background in luxury fashion industry a plus
