Job Scope:
- Receiving and processing sales orders from the sales operations team and in close coordination with distributors.
- Evaluating, processing, and compiling bidding requirements of the private and government hospitals including industrial accounts.
- Summarize and submit weekly reports of sales orders to FSM and DSM.
- Conduct fieldwork to distributors as necessary
- Study and analyze market competitive product prices.
- Filing and maintaining sales order form and Price Authorization form.
- Arrange sales meetings and business reviews.
- Provide administrative support to the Country Manager.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, and other related course.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Admin
Preferably with 1 year of experience in a Pharmaceutical Distributor Company
