Job Scope:

  • Receiving and processing sales orders from the sales operations team and in close coordination with distributors.
  • Evaluating, processing, and compiling bidding requirements of the private and government hospitals including industrial accounts.
  • Summarize and submit weekly reports of sales orders to FSM and DSM.
  • Conduct fieldwork to distributors as necessary
  • Study and analyze market competitive product prices.
  • Filing and maintaining sales order form and Price Authorization form.
  • Arrange sales meetings and business reviews.
  • Provide administrative support to the Country Manager.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, and other related course.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Admin

Preferably with 1 year of experience in a Pharmaceutical Distributor Company

Skills/Knowledge

  • With a sense of urgency
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint presentation
  • Must be analytical and organized
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to work under pressure
  • Willing to work onsite at BGC Taguig.
