Roles And Responsibilities

Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas)

• Lead and manage a team of delivery managers (reports, dashboards, data extractions, etc.), and be accountable for compliance with the overall BAU delivery SLAs
• Manage internal stakeholders, understanding their analytics needs, propose and/or collaborate on possible solutions, and ensuring deliverables are aligned accordingly
• Set clear objectives and holds himself/herself accountable for the team BAU performance
• Address challenges or issues that arise on a day-to-day basis, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery timelines while guaranteeing harmonious stakeholder relationship
• Assess potential opportunities for automation and reduction of volume of requests, and lead or assist in the implementation of solutions
• Continuously assess and improve BAU delivery processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Define team KPIs and ensure strict compliance
• Develop and implement strategies that align with BA, Data Office, TDG, and company’s goals
• Provide regular reports, insights, and plans on team performance, and communicate updates effectively to senior management
• Establish and enforce quality standards, in collaboration with the QA Testing team, ensuring accuracy and reliability
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and sharing of best practices within the team
• Ensure the adoption of best practices in analytics methodologies, including data analysis and visualization
• Help foster a culture of innovation by exploring new tools, methodologies, and technologies
• Identify needs for talent development, and provide training and coaching
• Work closely with BA Operations, ADM Design and Management, Data and AI Success Managers (DAISM), and Governance teams as part of the bigger Data Office team
• Collaborate with Data Office, Data Management (Data Engineering, Data Governance, Data Architect), Tech & Ops, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into business and technical landscape
