  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Contact customers with overdue accounts.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms.
  • Research and customer billing disputes and discrepancies.
  • Work with internal teams regarding customer disputes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on collection activity and outstanding receivables.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, to resolve customer issues and facilitate prompt payment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to collections and credit control.
  • Various Month End Activities
  • Performs other duties assigned by the immediate superior.


Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience in Accounts Receivable functions
  • Degree in Accountancy/Business Course (Certified Public Accountant is an advantage)
  • Experience in handling computerized accounting system preferably Oracle and HighRadius is a plus
  • Computer literate (MS Office Applications)
  • Willing to work flexible working hours.
  • In-depth knowledge of the entire Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Comfortable reviewing invoices and meeting professional advisors and auditors.
  • Keen on details and ability to explain them.
  • Ability to execute financial controls.
  • Abreast with government and industry practices
  • Ability to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
