Job Description
- Design and implement performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics across all livestream channels.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify behavioral trends, business insights, and areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement data-driven testing and optimization strategies to improve business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision making.
- Communicate performance insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
- Design conceptual frameworks that aim to solve complex business problems.
- Agile thinker and problem solver. Independent and out-of-the box thinker
- Has at least a Bachelor's degree of any business/research-related 4-year course
- Experience working in a research agency/firm is preferred but not required
- Experience in Media Analytics is also preferred but not required
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience
- High proficiency in MS Excel / Google Products is a minimum requirement
- Experience with SQL is a plus
