Job Description
- Handles end-to-end initiatives for employer branding aligned with the company's culture.
- Handles university engagements to strengthen partnership ensuring contracts are established and manage end-to-end internship programs (including onboarding, engagement, offboarding, etc.)
- Handles participation with different employer branding awards and manage talent pipeline programs
- Social Media (FB & IG) and LinkedIn management and content planning to strengthen employer branding and grow our following, including analytics and reporting to management and other stakeholders
- End-to-end Recruitment Vendor Management - Background Investigation, Headhunters, Job Sites, etc. to ensure establishments of contracts and proper selection of value-adding engagements
- Facilitates completion of background checks for employees and maintains updated and complete inventory of Job Descriptions
- Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate; Degree in communications or marketing is preferred.
- At least 3 years of HR experience (at least 2 of which are in employer branding)
- Understanding of relevant regulations revolving around internships.
- Experienced in multidisciplinary project management and corresponding change management
