  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
  • Will be responsible in developing, reviewing and documenting process control plans and process standardization through process review and internal process auditing of the Department assigned to him/her
  • Update business process and policies through process review
  • Measure and analyze the existing performance through data analysis and other methodologies by conducting internal process audit
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient implementation of changed or new business process
  • Maintain the integration and alignment of processes in coordination with all Shopee Department
  • Evaluate process risks and assess the effectiveness and completeness of existing internal controls
  • Train and coach process owners in implementing process control plan, process review and process audit
  • Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed

Requirements
  • Must be a graduate of B.S. Industrial Engineering
  • Must have an experience in assessing and documenting control environments showing key processes, systems and key controls
  • Knowledgeable in business process mapping and creating flowcharts
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Must have at least 1 to 2 years’ experience in Process Documentation
  • Must have at least 1 to 2 years’ experience in internal and external audit
  • Must have an understanding on Continuous Improvement principles
  • Must be able to identify the applicable IE Tools to be used
  • Must have a good presentation skills
  • Must be keen on details
  • Must have the ability to work as a team member and independently
  • Can work within the set timelines
