Job Description
- Review and process loan applications, including document preparation, and endorsement for approval.
- Ticket handling, including monitoring, resolving, and escalating issues related to loan processing and client inquiries to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
- Ensure and conduct monthly submissions and resolve any discrepancies in Credit Bureau reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient, timely resolutions.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and clients, as necessary.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all credit documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Maintain proper safekeeping and organization of physical and digital documents for audit readiness.
- Completion of adhoc tasks such as creating and updating of SOPs, assistance in credit policies and other assigned projects to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably in banking and finance or any related courses).
- At least 1 - 2 years experience as credit operations analyst or any related role.
- Experience in loans, fintech, banking, or equivalent financial services industry.
- Good understanding of loan processing, credit policies, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is a plus.
- Open to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City.
