We are looking for a Demand Generation Lead to join our expanding Marketing team. This role will be a key partner of the Commercial teams to work with key channel partners and capture lifetime value of prospective and existing clients across APAC.

  • Build and position Intellect as the Thought Leader on mental health, employee wellness, and emotional wellbeing in Asia Pacific
  • Develop B2B marketing campaigns to
    • Generate demand by addressing opportunities with key accounts
    • Increase client engagement by educating clients and end-users in the business on Intellect's suite of solutions
    • CRM and product optimizations to maximize business ARPU for Intellect
    • Amplify joint employer and Intellect branding and PR with best-in-class adoption clients
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to:
    • Build a trade events marketing strategy for acquiring prospective and existing clients Run account-based marketing with tailored communications to target, develop, and retain customer lifetime value
    • Support content development of key B2B material such as case studies, white papers, and infographics
    • Align on sales positioning and message consistency across various sales and marketing touchpoints
    • Track campaign effectiveness and providing recommendations for action as needed
    • Take a growth lens to driving client adoption rate and coaching sessions with the client success team
    • Partner with channel sales for crafting a coherent marketing and sales toolkit for big wins amongst brokers and insurance companies

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of B2B marketing experience, preferable in IT/Services industry
  • Experience in both strategic and tactical aspects of marketing especially content creation, campaign development, and event organisation
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills with strong command of English
  • Experience working directly with sales
  • Any experience with Email Service Providers (ESPs) and CRM platforms such as Hubspot and Mailchimp will be an added advantage
