Onboarding Specialist (Remote - Philippines) | Full-Time

This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates in the Philippines. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who can provide a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring that new hires and clients feel supported, informed, and excited to be part of our journey.
What You'll Do
As our Onboarding Specialist, you will:
Manage and Execute the Onboarding Process Own and optimize the end-to-end onboarding experience for both employees and clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
Coordinate Pre-Employment & Compliance Requirements Oversee background checks, contract signings, and all necessary documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
Facilitate New Hire Orientation Host virtual onboarding sessions to introduce new employees to our company culture, policies, and expectations.
Support Client Onboarding Work closely with new clients to guide them through our services, ensuring they understand how to maximize our HR solutions.
Collaborate with Internal Teams Work alongside HR, recruiters, and department managers to align onboarding with business goals.
Provide Ongoing Support Act as the go-to resource for new hires and clients, addressing questions and concerns to enhance their experience.
Track and Improve Onboarding Success Collect feedback, monitor key onboarding metrics, and recommend process improvements.
What We Are Looking For
1+ years of experience in HR, customer success, onboarding, or employee engagement
Fluent in English (both written and verbal) Strong communication skills are a must!
Highly organized and detail-oriented You'll be managing multiple onboarding processes at once.
Proactive and self-motivated Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Tech-savvy Comfortable using HR software, virtual meeting tools, and digital onboarding platforms.
People-first mindset Passion for creating positive onboarding experiences for both employees and clients.
Ability to work in the Philippines time zone Open to candidates currently based in the Philippines.
