Salary range: 1,200 - 1,500 AUD/month


Setup: Full-time, permanent remote job, Independent Contractor Agreement

Who The Client Is: The company specializes in Education Recruitment partners for Australian Primary and Secondary Schools, as well as Teachers and Teacher aides seeking employment in Australian Schools. Our bespoke service; Easy, Efficient and Effective' attracts schools across Australia, from metropolitan hubs to regional communities, as well as remote areas. We concentrate on sourcing both nationally and internationally qualified teachers to meet the diverse staffing needs of our client schools.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our compliance and recruitment processes. This role will primarily focus on ensuring smooth onboarding for new teachers, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing compliance-related tasks. The workload and responsibilities will grow, offering an excellent opportunity for career progression within compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update old email addresses in Bullhorn CRM (quarterly task)
  • Send onboarding documents to screened candidates
  • Collect, review, and ensure the accuracy of onboarding documents
  • Apply for references via email or phone
  • Manage and oversee compliance processes for new candidates added through online applications
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance standards are met


Requirements


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience (exceptional candidates with less experience may also be considered)
  • Experience in CRM/ATS systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of taking the lead in compliance processes
  • Interest in growing within the compliance and recruitment space


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bullhorn CRM experience is a plus
  • Background in compliance, HR, recruitment, or administrative support is preferred
