Call Handling & Client Support:
- Answer incoming calls professionally, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients.
- Provide basic information, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a polite and professional demeanor in all client interactions.
- Assist in entering and verifying financial transactions.
- Support with invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing reports.
- Perform other finance-related administrative tasks as required.
- Payroll processing for various clients as needed.
- Support HR with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and maintaining records.
- Assist in processing paperwork and tracking employee data.
- Provide general support to the HR team as needed.
- Perform general office tasks as required.
- Manage emails and respond to inquiries related to accounting and HR.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry.
- At least 2 years of HR Admin experience.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) - must be able to communicate clearly with clients.
- Strong numerical skills or background in accounting/finance preferred.
- Experience in an administrative, accounting, or customer service role is an advantage.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to different responsibilities.
