Job Details

Call Handling & Client Support:

  • Answer incoming calls professionally, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients.
  • Provide basic information, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a polite and professional demeanor in all client interactions.

Accounting Support:

  • Assist in entering and verifying financial transactions.
  • Support with invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing reports.
  • Perform other finance-related administrative tasks as required.
  • Payroll processing for various clients as needed.

HR Administrative Assistance:

  • Support HR with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and maintaining records.
  • Assist in processing paperwork and tracking employee data.
  • Provide general support to the HR team as needed.

General Administrative Support:

  • Perform general office tasks as required.
  • Manage emails and respond to inquiries related to accounting and HR.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of HR Admin experience.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) - must be able to communicate clearly with clients.
  • Strong numerical skills or background in accounting/finance preferred.
  • Experience in an administrative, accounting, or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to different responsibilities.
