This position is critical for streamlining the company's international supply chain operations, particularly focusing on vendor relationships in India and China. The coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring smooth logistics operations, from production coordination to final delivery, while managing customs compliance, optimizing supply chain processes, and maintaining accurate documentation across multiple platforms.
The Impact you’ll make
International Shipping Management
- Coordinate LTL and FTL logistics operations
- Manage freight bookings and customs clearance processes
- Work directly with customs brokers for import procedures
- Oversee warehouse deliveries and shipment tracking
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations
- Communicate with India/China suppliers for production updates
- Track manufacturing timelines and milestones
- Manage shipping documentation and timelines
- Coordinate with international vendors for efficient delivery
- Maintain clear communication channels with suppliers
- Monitor and update inventory levels
- Coordinate closely with warehouse team
- Implement and maintain supply chain efficiency measures
- Track shipment statuses and resolve delays
- Manage ERP system updates for inventory accuracy
- Maintain comprehensive records in Google Sheets
- Create advanced pivot tables and use VLOOKUP functions
- Perform database queries using SQL/BigQuery when needed
- Generate regular logistics and supply chain reports
- Track and analyze KPIs for process improvement
Required:
- 2+ years in supply chain/logistics administration, specifically with India/China trade
- Comprehensive knowledge of international freight terms and customs regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management platforms
- Familiarity with SQL and database querying (BigQuery experience a plus)
- Proven experience in import/export compliance

- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
