We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical projects on-site. This role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of electrical installations, team coordination, and strict adherence to HSE compliance and safety regulations. The Electrical Supervisor will manage subcontractor coordination, site clearance, and permit follow-up, ensuring all electrical work is completed to specification and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee electrical installation processes on-site, ensuring timely and quality delivery
  • Ensure HSE compliance and safety standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications and timelines
  • Supervise and guide the electrical installation team, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely
  • Oversee switch gear and panel installations, ensuring proper functionality and compliance
  • Perform site clearance and ensure all necessary permits are obtained and up to date
  • Monitor the progress of electrical installations and resolve any issues promptly
  • Maintain consistent communication with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure all electrical work is documented accurately and in line with project requirements


Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent degree
  • Experience: 9+ years of experience in electrical installation and supervision, particularly in Lumpsum Turnkey (LSTK) projects
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of electrical installation processes and systems
    • Proficiency in coordinating electrical projects and managing teams
    • Familiarity with switch gears, panels, and other electrical equipment
    • In-depth knowledge of safety standards and regulations (HSE compliance)
    • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
    • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Lumpsum Turnkey (LSTK) Projects
  • OIL and Gas experience required
  • Strong understanding of electrical site management processes
