What You’ll Do
  • Own Financial Management
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R), ensuring smooth financial transactions.
  • Manage QuickBooks entries with precision, ensuring that financial records are always up to date.
  • Handle invoicing, transaction processing, and financial documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Keep Finances on Track
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations, ensuring that financial records match bank statements.
  • Prepare and review monthly financial reports, providing key insights to guide decision-making.
  • Maintain comprehensive financial documentation to support audits, tax filing, and compliance.
  • Support Operations & Ensure Financial Stability
  • Provide administrative support related to finance, helping maintain efficiency across all departments.
  • Work closely with leadership to optimize financial processes and reporting.
  • Stay on top of deadlines, transactions, and financial accuracy—because even one small error can cause major setbacks.

Ideal Profile
  • Accounting Expertise – A solid foundation in accounting principles and hands-on experience managing financial records.
  • QuickBooks Mastery – Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online (because that’s where the magic happens).
  • Attention to Detail – You spot errors before they become problems and ensure every transaction is recorded correctly.
  • Strong Communication Skills – You can explain financial data clearly, whether in a report or a conversation.
  • Multitasking & Organization – You can juggle multiple tasks while keeping everything in order and meeting deadlines.
  • Relevant Experience – Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, accounting, A/P, A/R, and general ledger management.
  • Education – A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, but strong experience matters most.
