  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

The AML Project Implementation Officer is primarily responsible for the implementation of the AML systems or its revisions/ enhancements within specifications, within schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Assists the AML Systems and Projects Department Head in the management & implementation of AML-related automation projects: definition of user requirements, preparation and regular updating of project timetables, completion of SIT (systems integration testing) and UAT (user acceptance testing), Preparation and finalization of necessary documents for implementation, resolution and monitoring of issues encountered, and conducts meetings in relation to projects
  • Provides training and assistance to AML unit personnel and bank units using the AML system and its selected output reports or files
  • Prepares or reviews periodic reports for management, internal audit and regulators
  • Participates as project team member and as subject matter expert in other unit’s automation projects with AML systems impact
  • Alternates for the Systems Administration and Maintenance officer in case of absence
  • Performs all other related functions which may be assigned by the Division/Department/Unit Head.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, operations/industrial engineering, information technology or computer science
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in Project Management, EDP Audit, Technology or Policy & Process Formulation / Review
  • Knowledgeable in the use of SharePoint site development and maintenance, Power Apps, and Power Automation tools.
