The OBM will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and backend teams to support the company's objectives and long-term vision.
About The Role
- Compensation: 2000 AUD/month (paid twice a month)
- Schedule: 40 hrs/week
- Availability: Start ASAP
Operational Management
- Maintain visibility over property operations and identify challenges before they escalate.
- Ensure seamless transactions and minimise operational interruptions by implementing best practices across all departments.
- Work with the sales team to identify operational pain points and collaborate with international backend teams to provide the necessary support.
- Oversee administrative processes to ensure efficiency, including managing tasks, schedules, and email correspondence.
- Implement structured monthly reporting for the operations team to improve process transparency and decision-making.
- Support the business owner by prioritising tasks and implementing systems that allow the company to transition from reactive to proactive management.
- Ensure all reports, data, and operational insights are accessible and understandable for the executive leadership team.
- Assist in marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and client engagement, both for the company and individual agents.
- Assist in the development of a framework for financial management using Xero, including income projection, budgeting, and identifying potential areas of financial leakage.
- Support the setup of the new business by assisting with the franchise agreement, creating a comprehensive business plan, designing a marketing strategy, and developing a recruitment model to support growth.
- Proven experience in business management, operations, or a similar role.
- Minimum 5+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant is an advantage
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day operations and multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in coordinating teams from various locations
- Knowledge of PropertyMe, Xero and Outlook is a must
- Knowledge of Inspect Real Estate, Trello and AgentBox is an advantage
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and brand-building initiatives is an advantage.
