Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any business course.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in landlord representation services or developer, with a track record of success in lease negotiations, property management, and client relationship management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
