- Drives the execution of in-store and direct-to-consumer programs to ensure sales and market growth.
- Acts as the key liaison between Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Area Business Teams.
- Leads demand forecasting to support business targets.
- Represents Consumer Health business unit in North East Luzon / Bicol, identifying market opportunities and implementing growth strategies.
- Sales & Operations Planning: Translates strategies into execution plans, reviews performance, and optimizes sales growth.
- Marketing Program Execution: Develops impactful consumer and in-store programs, ensuring timely execution and evaluation.
- Budget & Spending Efficiency: Manages resources to ensure cost-effective marketing programs with measurable returns.
- Area Business Representation: Identifies regional opportunities and implements tailored marketing initiatives.
- Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- With at least 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Business Development, Product Marketing, or a similar role
- A native of Bicol or North-East Luzon (NEL), or with proven experience in handling the Bicol or NEL market, with deep market insights, an understanding of local consumer behavior, and established regional networks
- Willing to travel frequently for fieldwork and business needs.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a growth mindset and a proactive approach.
