We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent, with a deep understanding of the tech landscape, including software engineering, data science, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies. You will work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and implement strategic hiring processes to find the best candidates to drive our company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of technical roles.
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract both passive and active candidates, leveraging various platforms (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, job boards, social media, and networking events).
- Candidate Screening: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborative Hiring: Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand hiring needs and define position requirements and job descriptions.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical talent to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote and implement diversity and inclusion best practices in the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and online platforms to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and metrics to assess hiring trends, recruitment effectiveness, and optimize the recruitment process.
- Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience by communicating status updates and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a technical recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical roles and skill sets, including software engineering, ERP, DevOps, cloud, network, and other technical fields.
- ATS Experience: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
- Sourcing Tools: Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Jobstreet, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage talent.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, engage and persuade candidates and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-changing, high-growth environment with competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s Degree: Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
