Your Role

As a Data Analysis and Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for:
  • Ensuring effective communication and timely reporting within our organization.
  • Responsibility is to keep project status reports and submissions up to date for the TDC Head of Department and stakeholders.
  • Prepare a monthly report for submission to Tokyo HQ
  • Collect and analyze monthly updates from product managers.
  • Compile and submit a detailed monthly report for Tokyo headquarters.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather essential information.
  • Use Excel for data analysis and project tracking.
  • Develop visually appealing PowerPoint presentations and infographics to represent data and insights.
  • Create a global newsletter on TDC innovative initiatives.
  • Maintain a risk register for TDC projects.
  • Keep all report submissions and project statuses up to date on a dashboard for the TDC Head of Department and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and workflows

What You Need:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong working relationships.
  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to think critically.
  • IT literate, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in report writing and data analysis.
  • Fluent in English.
