Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a fully remote position. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Salesforce and advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel. This role involves managing complex projects, coordinating with remote cross-functional teams, and using Salesforce to track, analyze, and optimize project workflows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee project life cycles from planning to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Use Salesforce to manage and track project progress, analyze data, and maintain accurate records.
  • Apply advanced Excel skills to perform in-depth project data analysis, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
  • Coordinate with remote teams across time zones to align project goals, timelines, and resources.
  • Identify potential risks, develop contingency plans, and swiftly address issues as they arise.
  • Communicate project updates, key metrics, and performance indicators to stakeholders consistently.
  • Lead virtual project meetings, set agendas, document action items and track follow-ups.
  • Continuously evaluate project performance and suggest improvements to enhance future outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in a remote or distributed environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce for data tracking and project reporting.
  • Advanced Excel expertise, including complex functions and data modeling.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills suited for a remote setting.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Rate

  • $8/hour
