Job Description:
As a Healthcare Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating with patients and enrolling them in healthcare programs. This role requires a excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting others.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment, especially with elderly patients or healthcare-related services.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and empathetically.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and patient-friendly manner.
- Strong listening skills to understand patient needs and respond appropriately. Familiarity with healthcare terminology or remote patient monitoring services is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or data entry systems.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Enrollment: Contact elderly patients via phone to explain the Remote Patient Monitoring service and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Service Explanation: Clearly explain the benefits of the RPM program, including how the free health kit works, the tracking process by Care Coordinators, and the positive impact on their health.
- Soft Sales Techniques: Use consultative and empathetic sales techniques to engage patients, answering questions and addressing concerns in a respectful and informative manner.
- Eligibility Verification: Verify patient eligibility for the service and ensure all necessary information is collected for enrollment.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service by providing timely and accurate information while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Follow-up Calls: Make follow-up calls as needed to remind patients to complete enrollment or to address any additional questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Document all patient interactions and enrollment details in the CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaborate with Care Coordinators: Work closely with the Care Coordinator team to ensure smooth transitions for patients into the RPM program and answer any questions related to patient care or program details.
Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:
- A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
- A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
- A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.

* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of work, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
